- Peregrin – A casual but elevated seaside dining experience and full-service restaurant, with the best views in town over Merewether Beach, serving up a menu inspired by modern Australian flavours and cooking methods that takes you on a journey of our abundant Hunter region to showcase the best of local food, drinks, and ingredients.

Are you an experienced Cook or Chef looking for casual work? Do you have a wide range of kitchen skill sets or are you more specialised in pub menus, elevated dining or take-away food preparation? We want to hear from you!
